paintings only - no details.
-
Digital Imaging Project
This site contains a tremendous number of IMAGES of SCULPTURE and
ARCHITECTURE from prehistoric times to the 20th Century. Best way to use
this site is to scroll down a bit to one if the "index" links. Click

The Great Buildings Collection
This website contains photographs and interactive 3-D models of hundreds
of architectural masterpieces. In order to view the 3-D models, you must
download the Design Lite program. It's a bit tricky because you don't
get an automatic "install" after the download. First, download Design
Lite from the website. Then go into your program files, find the Design
Lite icon, find the setup icon, and manually install the program.
There's plenty of well written directions on the website. Whatever you
do...don't buy the $149 CD...despite what they tell you, there's
actually more on the website than on the CD.

Century) to Romanticism (mid 19th Century). There are many options for

extradinoary number of "details" of the paintings.
